Role:  Event Brand Ambassador

Event: Innovation and Design Conference

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic and dependable Event Ambassadors for a large scale design conference. As part of our team you will be providing general event support.

About: This innovation + design conference brings together leaders in creativity in all areas, including entertainment, media, product design, engineering, manufacturing, construction and architecture. We offer a flexible schedule and accept entry-level candidates.

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• San Diego, CA
  • Sunday, October 13th – Thursday, October 17th  **You are not required to work all days**
    • Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs. Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift and you aren’t required to work all dates to be considered.

Job Duties: A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed.

• Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
• Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes
• Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
• Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
• Provide general event assistance as assigned

Qualifications:

• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Previous experience in hospitality, brand ambassadorship, customer service, or guest services is a plus but not required
