In order to resolve all claims made in an unfair labor practice charge filed by Scott Furda, an Individual, with the National Labor Relations Board, we are posting the following Notice on our intranet.

Employees covered by the National Labor Relations Act have the right to discuss wages with one another and the Company will not maintain any rules or make any statements to you that unlawfully restrict your ability to discuss your pay rate, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment with anyone.  The Company will rescind or revise the language on that subject in our Booking Confirmation Acknowledgement form that is posted on our intranet staffing portal as well as on all written correspondence with prospective and current employees.
