Event: Tech Business Conference

Overview: ATN is seeking energetic event support staff for an exclusive Tech Conference. As part of our team you will be providing general support at the event. We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to select dates/shifts that align with your availability and schedule.

About: This conference serves as a pivotal gathering for industry leaders and innovators, offering a platform to explore key trends in the internet economy. Sponsored by a leading multinational financial services and SaaS (Software as a Service) brand, the event features insightful talks aimed at advancing business strategies, exclusive previews of upcoming product releases, and unparalleled networking opportunities with top-tier professionals from across the industry.

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• San Francisco, CA
  • Monday, May 5th – Thursday, May 8th
    • Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs starting in the morning.
      (Exact shift options will be provided before booking. We will work to accommodate your availability, discussed during the interview process.)

Job Duties

A brief paid training is provided on each day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed

• Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
• Assist with a seamless registration and check-in process
• Operate badge scanners to verify credentials
• Manage coat check area and process
• Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
• Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
• Provide general event assistance as needed

Qualifications:

• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Prior experience in brand ambassadorship, events, customer service, retail or guest services
