ATN Staffing Manager – Remote Position

We are seeking highly motived and energetic individuals to be Staffing Managers. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a foundation in experiential-events that is looking to build a career with an industry leading company.

ATN Staffing Managers are responsible for screening and staffing qualified part-time promotional staff/brand ambassadors for events and trade shows and are the main day-to-day contact with our clients, agencies, and brands. Our Staffing Managers possess strong communication, organization and “staffing” skills. They are detail-oriented, wear many hats, go above and beyond, and work on many programs simultaneously.

ATN Event Staffing has been an industry leader in the promotional/experiential industry since 2002.

Responsibilities

  • Screen, interview, and schedule staff (and applicable backups) for all assigned programs
  • Ensure that staff profile meets client/project needs
  • Build strong relationships with staff and clients to encourage ATN loyalty
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with clients and staff alike
  • Meet client service goals and program success metrics
  • Meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, report on key accounts and deliver prompt and sound decisions
  • Confirm all staff are onsite at the start of their event as well as troubleshooting real-time issues that arise.
  • Be on-call early mornings, night and weekends for changes and to replace any staff as needed
  • Manage project budget and communicate recruiting needs
  • Approve and submit event staff timesheets
  • Other job duties as may be assigned or required in order to meet client deliverables

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Three+ years in the Experiential/Event industry
  • In-depth knowledge of industry practices
  • Extensive Agency Network
  • Ability to manage multiple integrated high-profile projects simultaneously
  • Must be a highly organized self-starter who is able to work well with employees at all levels
  • Must have a strong work ethic and a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Willing and able to work nonstandard work hours and weekends as required
