Role: Brand Ambassador

Event: National Pro Football Draft Activations

Overview: ATN Event Staffing has exciting brand ambassador opportunities coming up during Pro Football Draft Week in Pittsburgh, PA. We are currently hiring for multiple activations with varying roles, schedules, and pay rates.

Brand Ambassadors will play a key role in creating a fun, engaging environment for attendees through hands-on activities and guest interaction. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, guest-facing role ideal for candidates who thrive in large-scale event settings.

Submit through our referral program and earn a $50 referral bonus for each qualified referral. With multiple openings available, referrals have a strong chance of being placed. You are not required to work the events to submit referrals. If you know reliable, outgoing individuals, we’d love to connect with them.

PLEASE NOTE: Placement/booking on a specific event is not guaranteed and is determined by qualifications, experience, shift availability, and program requirements; submitted availability will be reviewed for all applicable Pro Football Draft Activation roles.

PITTSBURGH | Stadium Fan Activation (Condiment Brand)
Be part of a high-energy fan experience tied to one of the biggest football weekends of the year.

Virtual Training: April 17 | 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Event Dates & Shifts:

• April 22: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• April 23: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• April 24: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• April 25: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Duties: Distributing promotional cards, assisting with interactive photo experiences, supporting sample stations, restocking event materials, and distributing branded merchandise

PITTSBURGH | Mall-Based Rewards Program Activation (Major Shopping Center Operator)
Support a retail activation by helping shoppers sign up for a free rewards program with popular giveaways.

Dates & Shifts:

• April 20–25: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• April 26: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Duties: Engaging shoppers, assisting with QR code sign-ups, explaining program benefits, distributing giveaways, and maintaining a clean and organized setup

PITTSBURGH | Stadium Draft Event Hydration Sampling (Leading Sports Beverage Brand)
Join a fast-paced team sampling beverages at a large-scale outdoor fan event.

Dates & Shifts:

• April 23: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• April 24: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• April 25: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Duties: Sampling and distributing beverages, assisting with setup and breakdown, maintaining a clean and stocked area, engaging guests, and supporting the event team

Qualifications:

• Previous brand ambassador, promo model, events and/or hospitality experience preferred
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and guest engagement skills
• Comfortable working in large crowds and high-energy environments
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive
• Able to represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Important Requirement: A fully cleared background check is required and will be conducted through a quick and simple process facilitated by ATN at no cost to you.
