Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant for an exciting mobile museum tour stop. No direct experience required— must have a proactive attitude, enjoy engaging with people and the ability to assist with setup and teardown.
About the Program: Step into history with this unique museum on wheels, showcasing a leading freight company’s century-long journey. Featuring interactive trucking artifacts and a truck driver simulator, this free event offers visitors an immersive experience into a classic American success story.
Candidates will be considered for their most local event/s. Some additional regional tour stops will be available. Outstanding performers may be invited to participate in other events.

Job Duties:
Setup and Breakdown: Assist with the assembly and disassembly of the museum trailer and associated event components. This includes handling items such as a 40-pound TV frame safely and efficiently.
Guest Engagement: Welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the event space, providing a positive and inviting atmosphere. Offer information about the event and answer any questions to enhance their experience.
Giveaway Distribution: Distribute branded promotional items to guests, ensuring an organized and pleasant process while managing inventory appropriately.
Simulator Assistance: Guide guests through the simulator activity, providing clear instructions and support to ensure they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Event Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event area throughout the day, promptly addressing spills, clutter, or misplaced items to ensure a safe and presentable environment.
General Support: Perform additional event-related tasks as assigned, adapting to the needs of the team and the event.
Qualifications:
Exhibits an outgoing and friendly demeanor while maintaining a professional image
Ability to lift and support up to 40lbs
Previous experience in events, hospitality, brand ambassadorship, and/or customer service is a plus, but not required
