Event: Life and Science Summit

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic event support staff for the largest commercial and medical summit event in the life sciences industry. This event will have over 2,000+ life sciences professionals and over 100+ biopharma speakers. Presenting network opportunities and exposing innovative ideas.

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• Boston, MA
  • September 12th – 14th: day shifts averaging 6-8 hours long

Job Duties:

• Welcome guests to the venue and distribute information
• Assist with registration and check-in
• Room organization and monitoring
• Provide directional support and line management
• General event help as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be well-spoken, friendly and possess exceptional customer service skills
