Event: Tech Business Conference

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic event support staff for an exclusive Tech Conference. As part of our team you will be providing general support at the event. We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to select dates/shifts that align with your availability and schedule.

About the event: Join a leading global technology conference bringing together IT professionals, developers, and business leaders to explore the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and workplace technology. The event features expert-led sessions, live demonstrations, hands-on learning, and opportunities to connect with industry innovators.

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• San Francisco, CA
  • Sunday, November 15th – Friday, November 20th
    • Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs starting in the morning.
      (Exact shift options will be provided before booking. We will work to accommodate your availability, discussed during the interview process.)

Job Duties

A brief paid training is provided on each day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed

• Badge Scanning: Scan attendee badges and help manage conference entry.
• Badge Pickup Assistance: Guide attendees through badge pickup and check-in.
• Directional Staff: Help guests navigate venues, locate sessions, and find event areas.
• Transportation Support: Assist with transportation guidance and coordination between event locations.
• Event Floater: Provide flexible support to different teams and departments based on event needs.
• General Event Support: Answer attendee questions, provide information, and assist with day-to-day event operations.

Qualifications:

• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Prior experience in brand ambassadorship, events, customer service, retail or guest services a plus
