Role:  Exhibit Account Executive – Marketing/Sales

Event:  Not Applicable – Full Time/Direct Hire Position

Salary: $35,000 base per year plus heavy incentives and benefits

Overview:  ATN Event Staffing is seeking a results oriented professional with proven sales success for an exhibit account executive role at a top exhibit and trade show company.

Location:

*Applicants must be local to one of the cities below. Qualified applicants who are not located in one of the listed markets may be considered for location independent/remote/from home (for the right candidate only).

  •  Chicago, IL – Cincinnati, OH – St Louis, MO – Salt Lake City, UT – Greenville, SC or Houston, TX or Location Independent/Remote – Moderate travel required – up to 35%

Job Duties:

  • New business development
  • Work with team to develop and implement sales/marketing programs designed to expand client base
  • Research and evaluate new MSP products opportunities, demand for potential products, customer needs and insights
  • Develop/implement marketing strategy and the execution of plans for existing products
  • Work with management team to implement new product marketing paths and campaigns
  • Analyze effectiveness of selling/marketing efforts and take actions to continually improve results

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably business/marketing/communications emphasis or equivalent industry experience
  • Sales experience in an agency or exhibit environment
  • 3+ years consultative account management experience preferably in custom product/marketing solutions, events, tradeshow or advertising industry
  • Proven track record of success with cold calling, networking and relationship development
  • Experience developing targeted solicitation plans to secure key accounts
  • Has strong negotiation abilities, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in developing short and long term vision as well as strategy to achieve targeted sales objectives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel skills and familiar with Outlook and Word
