Event: Web Services Conference Event

Overview: ATN is seeking event support staff for an upcoming conference event. This is a unique opportunity and a strong gig to add to your resume. We are accepting entry level candidates!

About the event: This conference is hosted by the top web services company for the global cloud computing community. The event will feature keynote announcements, training and certification opportunities, technical sessions, a partner expo, after-hours events, and so much more.

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• Houston, TX
  • August 22nd – 25^th: There are several shifts available between 4 and 12 hours in length

**Strict COVID safety guidelines will be followed**

Job Duties:

• Registration Desk: Check-in guests, distribute ID badges and conference bags
• Directional/Wayfinding: Provide directions to appropriate locations
• Room Monitor: Prep conference rooms and usher guests to available seating
• Badge Scanner: Check and scan guest credentials

Qualifications:

• Highly professional, well-spoken and friendly
• No experience necessary, but customer-facing experience/skills are preferred
