Event: Higher Education and Technology Conference Event

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic and dependable Event Staff for a leading higher education and technology conference. This event brings together industry leaders to explore innovative tech solutions in education, offering attendees valuable networking opportunities and fresh insights. We offer a flexible schedule with multiple dates and shift available.  

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• Denver, CO
  • Friday, April 17th through Wednesday, April 22nd
    • Start between 6:00am and 8:30am, averaging 5–10 hours per shift.
      (Exact shift options will be provided before booking. We will work to accommodate your availability, discussed during the interview process.)

Job Duties

A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed

• Welcome guests and distribute event materials
• Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes
• Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
• Credential scanning
• Maintain room organization and monitor assigned areas
• Provide general event support

Qualifications:

• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Prior experience in brand ambassadorship, events, customer service, retail or guest services a plus
