Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic, retail-oriented Brand Ambassadors to support the retail shop at a major indoor fitness competition. This high-energy event draws athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and fans for a weekend of challenging workouts and community engagement. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fitness and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Location/Date/Hours:

Staff are not required for every date, but priority booking will be given to those available for multiple shifts.

• Ottawa, ON, Canada
  • Set-Up Days:
    • Friday, May 12: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    • Saturday, May 13: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

     

  • Event Days:
    • Sunday, May 14 – Wednesday, May 17 (multiple shift options available)
      • 6:15 AM – 2:30 PM
      • 9:15 AM – 5:30 PM
      • 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM

Job Duties:

• Assist with setup of the retail shop, including organizing displays and preparing merchandise
• Manage, stock, and label products to ensure smooth a sales experience
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to athletes and attendees
• Support on-site team with light setup, packing, and general event-day tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space

Qualifications:

• Retail or brand ambassador experience is preferred
• Comfortable standing for long periods and willing to help with setup and general event-day tasks
• Able to handle light labor related to merchandise and inventory
• Positive attitude, dependable, and ready to work as part of a team
