Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic, retail-oriented Brand Ambassadors to support the retail shop at a major indoor fitness competition. This high-energy event draws athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and fans for a weekend of challenging workouts and community engagement. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fitness and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift and you aren’t required to work all dates to be considered

  • Set-Up Days: Day 1 – 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Day 2 – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Event Days – shift time options for all days: 6:15 AM – 2:30 PM, 9:15 AM – 5:30 PM OR 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM
• Locations and Dates
• Ottawa, ON, Canada
  • Set-Up Dates: Friday, May 12 – Saturday, May 13
  • Event Dates: Sunday, May 14 – Wednesday, May 17
• New York, NY
  • Set-Up Dates: Tuesday, May 26, Wednesday, May 27 and Tuesday, June 2nd (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
  • Event Dates: Thursday, May 28 – Monday, June 1st and Wednesday, June 3rd – Sunday, June 7th

Job Duties:

• Assist with setup of the retail shop, including organizing displays and preparing merchandise
• Manage, stock, and label products to ensure smooth a sales experience
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to athletes and attendees
• Support on-site team with light setup, packing, and general event-day tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space

Qualifications:

• Retail or brand ambassador experience is preferred
• Comfortable standing for long periods and willing to help with setup and general event-day tasks
• Able to handle light labor related to merchandise and inventory
• Positive attitude, dependable, and ready to work as part of a team
