Overview:

Earn extra money while working at one of the biggest youth sporting events of the summer!

ATN Event Staffing is seeking outgoing, energetic, and dependable Brand Ambassadors to join our event team in South Williamsport, PA. This outdoor activation features a popular snack brand, where staff will hand out free samples, distribute giveaways, and help create a fun experience for guests. This will be a fun one!

This opportunity offers a flexible schedule! You do not need to work every event date to apply.

Location/Date/Hours:

  • Wed, Aug. 19: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Thu–Sat, Aug. 20–22: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Sun, Aug. 23: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Mon–Wed, Aug. 24–26: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Thu, Aug. 27: 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Fri, Aug. 28: Closed (No Games)
  • Sat, Aug. 29: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Sun, Aug. 30: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Duties:

• Hand out free, packaged, full size product samples and branded giveaways.
• Engage guests in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.
• Encourage participation in the interactive speed pitch activity.
• Assist with setup, teardown, restocking, and keeping the activation area organized.
• Work alongside a great team to deliver an exceptional event experience!

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, reliable, and professional.
• Comfortable interacting with guests of all ages, especially children.
• Able to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is a plus.
• Please Note: All booked staff must successfully complete a basic background check (through our agency, a free and simple process, instructions provided during booking).
