Event: Cybersecurity Industry Conference

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic and dependable Event Staff for a cybersecurity conference. As part of our team you will be providing general event support.

About: This event brings together thousands of cybersecurity professionals for educational sessions, networking, and career development through workshops, keynotes, and discussions. It covers the latest trends, skills, and strategies in cybersecurity, with both in-person and virtual attendance options.

Location/Date/Hours:

• Nashville, TN
  • Saturday, October 25th – Thursday, October 30th (you aren’t required to work all dates to be considered)
    • Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs. Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift and you aren’t required to work all dates to be considered.

Job Duties: A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed.

• Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
• Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes
• Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
• Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
• Provide general event assistance as assigned

Qualifications:

• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Previous experience in hospitality, brand ambassadorship, customer service, guest services or in any other customer facing role
