Job Description

ATN Event Staffing is actively seeking exceptional Brand Ambassadors to elevate the guest experience at exclusive shows featuring a renowned comedians and musicians. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in representing a distinctive brand that curates phone-free experiences at live comedy and concert events for top-tier artists. You have the flexibility to choose the dates you’d like to work, as we invite you to be part of our exclusive pool of candidates. There are weekday and weekend dates available.

  • Thursday April 25th: 5:15pm – 10:00pm

  • Friday, April 26th: 4:45pm – 10:30pm
• Los Angeles, CA
  • Thursday, May 2nd: 5:00pm – 11:00pm
  • Friday, May 3rd: 4:45pm – 10:00pm or 5:30pm – 10:45pm
  • Saturday, May 4th: 5:00pm – 11:00pm
  • Friday, May 10th: 4:30pm – 10:30pm or 5:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Sunday, May 12th: 5:15pm – 9:30pm
• Nashville, TN
  • Friday, May 17th: 4:45pm – 11:00pm
• Winston-Salem, NC
  • Saturday, May 18th: 5:00pm -11:00pm

Job Duties:

• Warmly greet and assist guests at the venue entrance
• Professionally collect and secure each guest’s cell phone in a specialized pouch – guests retain the pouch during the
  show
• Maintain a poised presence in the assigned lobby area throughout the show
• At the exit area, greet each guest, collect, and responsibly unlock pouches
• Ensure the thorough collection and proper storage of all pouches

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, brand ambassadorship, customer service, or guest services is a plus but not required
• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
