Event: AI + Human Intelligence Tech Summit

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking outgoing, polished Event Staff to support a high-profile government professionals conference.

About: This multi-day event brings together top federal, state, and local leaders to network, explore innovative AI technology solutions, and attend forward-thinking sessions focused on transforming government services. Our client is a globally recognized enterprise technology platform specializing in digital workflow and cloud-based solutions.

This role is guest-facing and professional in nature, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently assist high-level attendees in a fast-paced conference environment.

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• Oxon Hill, MD
  • Wednesday, March 4th through Friday, March 6th
    • Start between 6:00am and 8:30am, averaging 5–10 hours per shift.
      (Exact shift options will be provided before booking. We will work to accommodate your availability, discussed during the interview process.)

Job Duties

A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed

• Registration check-in and badge distribution
• Providing directional assistance throughout the venue
• Supporting conference rooms and managing attendee flow
• Session credential scanning and attendance tracking
• Assist guests with general event questions
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at all times
• Follow event timelines, on-site leadership direction, and brand standards

Qualifications:

• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Prior experience in brand ambassadorship, events, customer service, retail or guest services a plus
