Overview:

ATN Event Staffing is seeking engaging, reliable, and high-energy brand ambassadors to support an exclusive, invite-only daytime poolside event taking place during one of the most iconic music festival weekends in Palm Springs, CA.

This ultra high-profile activation is hosted by a globally recognized music label and brings together top recording artists, influencers, and industry leaders for a luxury, private estate experience featuring live DJs, immersive brand activations, and curated guest experiences.

We are hiring a team to assist with event setup, production support, teardown, and event-day brand ambassador duties. This is a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes and on-site at one of the most sought-after events of the weekend. NOTE: Staff will meet and park at a local Casino and will be shuttled to the private event location.

**Staff will be working for the brand and not the festival directly – applicants are required to contact ATN directly regarding this position**

Location/Date/Hours:

• Palm Springs, CA
  • Thursday, April 9th: 9:45 AM–6:00 PM (Setup – Production Assistants)
  • Friday, April 10th: 9:45 AM–6:00 PM (Setup – Production Assistants)
  • Saturday, April 11th: 8:45 AM–6:00 PM (Event Day – Production Assistants & Brand Ambassadors)
  • Sunday, April 12th: 7:45 AM–4:00 PM (Load Out – Production Assistants)

Job Duties:

• Assisting with event setup, teardown, and load-out
• Unboxing, organizing, and preparing event materials and activations
• Supporting production teams with moving equipment and general event needs
• Assisting with brand activations and product sampling on event day
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment
• Providing friendly, professional interaction with guests during activation periods
• Following all on-site direction and timelines

Qualifications:

• Previous brand ambassador, promo model, event staff and/or production assistant experience preferred
• Comfortable performing physical tasks including lifting and moving equipment
• Able to work outdoors for extended periods (climate-controlled break space provided)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be comfortable working in a high-profile environment with celebrities and influencers present
