Event: Logistics and Freight Professionals Conference

Overview: ATN is seeking energetic event support staff for an upcoming conference. As part of our team you will be providing general support at the event. We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to select dates/shifts that align with your availability and schedule.

About: This annual conference brings together freight business owners and partners to connect, share strategies, and celebrate their successes. Attendees participate in educational sessions, networking opportunities, and showcases highlighting innovations in logistics and freight management. 

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• New Orleans, LA
  • Tuesday, April 14th – Thursday, April 16th
    • Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs starting in the morning.
      (Exact shift options will be provided before booking. We will work to accommodate your availability, discussed during the interview process.)

Job Duties

• Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional first impression
• Assist with registration, check-in, and badge scanning
• Manage directional and wayfinding support throughout the venue
• Support activations, distribute swag, and provide headphone distribution
• Ensure rooms and assigned areas are organized and presentable
• Provide general on-site assistance as needed

A brief paid training is provided for each shift, and staff may rotate between roles as needed.

Qualifications:

• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Prior experience in brand ambassadorship, events, customer service, retail or guest services a plus
