Event: AI Tech Conference

Overview: ATN is seeking energetic event support staff for an upcoming business conference. As part of our team you will be providing general support at the event. We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to select dates/shifts that align with your availability and schedule.

About: This conference serves as a pivotal gathering for AI-forward teams, their leaders, and the apps and agents that fuel them.  Connect with peers and experts, trade bold ideas, and gain the insights, allies, and inspiration think (and work) on a whole new level.

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• Anaheim, CA
  • Monday, May 3rd – Thursday, May 7th
    • Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs starting in the morning.
      (Exact shift options will be provided before booking. We will work to accommodate your availability, discussed during the interview process.)

Job Duties

A brief paid training is provided on each day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed

• Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
• Assist with a seamless registration and check-in process
• Operate badge scanners to verify credentials
• Manage coat check area and process
• Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
• Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
• Provide general event assistance as needed

Qualifications:

• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Prior experience in brand ambassadorship, events, customer service, retail or guest services a plus
