Role:  Event Staff – Guest Services

Brand/Event: Phone-Free Experience Brand – Live Events

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is hiring Event Staff for a large-scale live filming of an episode of Beast Games!  As part of the team, you’ll assist with the secure mobile device pouching process for thousands of attendees. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced live events, guest interaction, and helping create a smooth and organized attendee experience.

Location/Date/Hours:

  • Greenville, NC
    • Sunday, May 24th
      • Shift Options: 4:00PM – 11:00PM and 4:00PM – 3:00AM

Job Duties:

  • Warmly greet and assist guests at the venue entrance
  • Professionally collect and secure each guest’s cell phone in a specialized pouch (guests retain the pouch during the show)
  • Maintain a poised presence in the assigned lobby area throughout the show
  • At the exit area, greet each guest, collect, and responsibly unlock pouches
  • Ensure the thorough collection and proper storage of all pouches

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
  • Comfortable interacting with large groups in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain attentive and organized throughout the shift
  • Event, hospitality, retail, customer service, or other people-facing experience is helpful but not required
