Role:  Brand Ambassador

Brand/Event: Auto Insurance Brand – Washington State Fair

Overview:

ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic, friendly, and professional Brand Ambassadors to assist with a promotional event activation at the Washington State Fair in Puyallup, WA. This is a multi-day event and offer a flexible schedule.  

Location/Date/Hours:

Staff isn’t required to work all dates

• Puyallup, WA
  • Friday, September 4th: 9:30am – 4:00pm OR 3:30pm – 10:30pm
  • Saturday, September 5th: 8:30am – 3:00pm OR 2:30pm – 10:30pm
  • Sunday, September 6th: 8:30am – 3:00 PM OR 2:30pm – 10:30pm
  • Monday, September 7th: 8:30am – 2:30pm OR 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Job Duties:

• Welcome and engage fair attendees in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with the interactive photo activation
• Distribute branded giveaways and promotional items
• Conduct brief exit surveys with attendees
• Assist with line management and guest flow
• Answer basic questions and provide information using approved event messaging
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready activation area
• Support the onsite event team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous Brand Ambassador, promotional marketing, experiential, trade show, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with large crowds 
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
