Job Description

Role: Spanish Bilingual Brand Ambassador

Event: Health and Wellness Retail Program

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking outgoing, proactive Spanish bilingual brand ambassadors for a mobile health and wellness program taking place at select retail locations. Brand ambassadors will be onsite promoting various sponsors through delivering valuable health and wellness information to guests.

*Strict COVID safety guidelines will be followed and staff training provided*

Location/Date/Hours:

*Staff not required to work all dates or locations – staff selects based on their availability*

• Springdale, AR
  • April 6th – 11th: 11:00am – 7:00pm
• Rogers, AR
  • April 13th – 18th: 11:00am – 7:00pm

Job Duties – will be one or more of the following:

• Light set-up and tear down of event elements
• Greet and register guests
• Assist with line management and directional (ensure mandated social distancing guidelines are followed)
• Distribute information and premiums
• Provide and discuss general health and wellness with guests based on provided sponsor talking points
• Keep areas tidy and organized
• General support of event management as needed

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Must be friendly, outgoing and have great customer service skills
• Is comfortable communicating to guests the specific health and wellness talking points and information provided during training
• Is a team player, helpful and reliable
