Overview

ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic brand ambassadors for an exclusive Archeology Grand Lecture Tour Event. As part of our team you will be providing general support at the event.

About: The world’s most celebrated archaeologist and former Minister of State for Antiquities in Egypt, brings the mysteries of the pharaohs on his largest-ever Grand Lecture Tour. 

Location/Date/Hours:

Candidates will be submitted for the event/s in their local area:

Shift for all events: 1:30pm – 8:30pm

• Pittsburgh, PA
  • Saturday, June 21st
• Indianapolis, IN
  • Sunday, July 6th
• Baltimore, MD
  • Saturday, July 12th
• Virginia Beach, VA
  • Wednesday, July 16th
• Philadelphia, PA
  • Monday, July 21st
• Washington, DC
  • Wednesday, July 23rd

Job Duties:

• Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
• Assist with a seamless registration and check-in process
• Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
• Operate badge scanners to verify credentials
• Assist in book sales area
• Provide general event assistance as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous brand ambassador, promo model, events, hospitality, retail or other similar customer facing experience
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
