Brand/Event: Coffee Pop-Up Experience

Overview: Love coffee and meeting new people? ATN Event Staffing is seeking outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to support an exciting coffee pop-up experience at a luxury hotel.

Represent a well-known coffee brand celebrated for its bold flavor, rich heritage, and passionate fan base. As part of our team you will help create a welcoming and engaging experience for guests while introducing them to complimentary product samples and sharing key brand messaging.

Location/Date/Hours:

• Philadelphia, PA
  •  June 18: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • June 19: 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM
  • June 20: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Duties:

• Welcome and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Prepare and distribute complimentary product samples
• Share approved brand talking points and product information with attendees
• Encourage guest participation and create a positive event experience
• Assist with restocking as needed
• Keep the activation area clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the event
• Follow all food safety and event guidelines

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with the public
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Customer service, promotional marketing, hospitality, or event experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Food Handler’s Permit strongly preferred
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
