Role: Brand Ambassador

Event: Employee Benefits Fair

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Brand Ambassador to represent an employee benefits program at an upcoming hospital employee benefits fair. In this role, you will engage with employees and share information about available benefits and resources.

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• Norfolk, VA
  • November 18th: 7:00am-6:00pm
  • November 20th: 7:00am-4:00pm (2 locations)

Job Duties:

• Set up and break down the event table, promotional displays, materials, and giveaways.
• Greet and engage employees in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
• Share program information, distribute materials, and answer general questions about available benefits and resources.
• Direct employees to appropriate resources or contacts for questions requiring additional assistance.
• Work independently while maintaining an engaging and professional presence throughout the event.
• Keep the event space organized, tidy, and inviting.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations with employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, promotional events, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable learning and communicating key information about the benefits program.
