Role:  Brand Ambassador

Event:  Snack Brand – Little League World Series Event

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Brand Ambassadors for a series of snack and sports drink brand promo events at the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA.  No direct experience required— must have a proactive attitude, enjoy engaging with people and can sustain a high level of energy while on feet during a long shift.

Note: All booked brand ambassadors must pass a basic background check (forms and information will be provided during the booking process)

Staff isn’t required to work all dates to be considered. We accept entry level applicants.

Location/Date/Hours:

• South Williamsport, PA
  • Wednesday, August 14th through Friday August 16th: 11:00am – 7:00pm
  • Saturday, August 17th: 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • Sunday, August 18th: 9:00am – 2:30pm
  • Monday, August 19th through Wednesday, August 21st: 12:00pm – 7:00pm
  • Thursday, August 22nd: 1:00pm – 7:00pm
  • Saturday, August 24th: 10:00am – 4:00pm
  • Sunday, August 25th: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Job Duties:

• Collaborate effectively within a team to execute the brand promotion seamlessly
• Distribute free snack samples to guests and athletes and assist with onsite team shop
• Track, monitor and replenish product stock as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the event area
• General event support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Passes provided/required background check
• Previous experience in hospitality, brand ambassadorship and/or guest services is preferred but not required
• Displays an outgoing and friendly demeanor while consistently upholding a professional image
