Event: Mall Holiday Shopping Events – Rewards Program Promotion

Overview:

ATN Event Staffing is seeking outgoing Brand Ambassadors for an exciting holiday shopping experience at select malls. As part of our team, you’ll help create a fun, festive and welcoming atmosphere for shoppers through sharing information about exclusive perks and giveaways, distributing free special gifts, and making each guest’s visit a memorable one!

Job Duties

• Greet and invite shoppers into the event space
• Educate shoppers about the free rewards program
• Assist guests with signing up using a QR code
• Distribute promotional giveaways to new program members
• Keep area organized and clean
• Assist with preparation and organization of promotional items
• Accurately track participation and follow event guidelines
• Perform other event-related tasks as delegated

Requirements

• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Previous brand ambassador, retail, hospitality, guest services and/or other customer facing experience a plus

Date/Hours

• Date: Friday, November 27th
• Shifts: 6 hour shift – Start by 10:00am and end by 7:00pm – exact times will be available for review prior to booking

Requirements

• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Previous brand ambassador, event, manager, promo model, hospitality, retail and/or other customer facing experience
• IMPORTANT requirement for this role: A fully “cleared” background check which will be conducted by our agency through a quick and simple submission process (cost is covered by ATN with no fee to candidate).
