Event: National Pro Football Draft

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to support a high-profile fan activation at one of the nation’s largest professional sports draft weekend experiences.  This multi-day event features interactive fan zones, live entertainment, and immersive brand experiences, attracting large crowds and national attention.

Brand Ambassadors will play a key role in creating a fun, engaging environment for attendees through hands-on activities and guest interaction. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, guest-facing role ideal for candidates who thrive in large-scale event settings.

Location/Date/Hours:

• Pittsburgh, PA
  • Thursday, April 23rd: 10:30 AM–7:30 PM
  • Friday, April 24th: 10:30 AM–6:30 PM
  • Saturday, April 25th: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Job Duties:

• Engage with guests in a friendly, high-energy, and professional manner
• Distribute promotional materials and assist with brand interactions
• Support interactive photo experience and activity stations
• Maintain cleanliness and restocking supplies throughout the activation
• Stock merchandise and overall event upkeep
• Create a welcoming, organized, and visually polished environment
• Following all on-site direction and brand standards

Qualifications:

• Previous brand ambassador, promo model, events and/or hospitality experience preferred
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and guest engagement skills
• Comfortable working in large crowds and high-energy environments
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive
• Able to represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
