Role:  Brand Ambassador

Event: Soft Drink Brand Promo – Fan Convention Event

Overview:  ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic brand ambassadors to represent a leading soft drink brand at a super fun fan event. As part of our team you will play a key part in delivering a memorable brand experience for guests.

About: This event is the longest student-run fan convention in the world! The event will host many esteemed guests, a larger dealer’s room and artist’s alley, TCG and video game tournaments, a cosplay contest, panels, performances, and more!

Location/Date/Hours:

• College Station, TX
  • Saturday, February 1st – Sunday, February 2nd: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Job Duties:

• Collaborate effectively within a team to execute the brand promotion seamlessly
• Distribute the complimentary products to guests
• Assist with onsite interactive elements (photo booth, games etc)
• Contribute to the set-up and break-down of event materials
• Monitor and replenish stock as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the event area

Qualifications:

• A fully “cleared” background check which will be conducted by our agency through a quick and simple submission process.
• Displays an outgoing and friendly demeanor while consistently upholding a professional image
• Previous experience in hospitality, brand ambassadorship and/or guest services preferred
