Brand Ambassador Team Lead – Sports Drink Sampling Event

Role:  Brand Ambassador Team Lead/Manager

Event:  Sports Drink Brand Promotion

Overview:  ATN Event Staffing is seeking an experienced team lead to manage a group of 4 brand ambassadors for a product sampling activation taking place on a local college campus. Our brand ambassador team will be distributing full bottle samples of the product to students. This event takes place outdoors.

Location/Date/Hours:

• Nashville, TN
  • February 5th – 8th: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • February 9th – 10th: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Job Duties:

• Sign in/out of brand ambassador team and act as main point of contact
• Oversee brand ambassador team in all respects
• Ensure team is properly representing the brand and distributing product as directed
• Monitor and ensure COVID safety protocols are being followed (masks up, sanitizing procedures,  social distancing etc.)
• Track and replenish stock as needed
• Assist with set-up and tear-down
• Keep event area tidy

Qualifications:

• Had brand ambassador, team lead and/or managerial experience
• Is organized, communicative with an outstanding ability to oversee a small team of brand ambassadors
• Able to lift cases of product , ice and coolers
