Job Description

ATN Event Staffing Agency is seeking outgoing brand ambassadors for multiple upcoming promotional events taking place throughout September and October in Chicago, IL. We accept entry-level candidates and offer a flexible schedule.

Staff not required to work all dates or events listed and may select the shifts they are available for

Job 1

Business Conference Events

ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic event support staff for multiple business conference events.

Job Duties:
– Welcome guests to the venue and distribute information
– Assist with registration and check-in
– Room organization and monitoring
– Provide directional support and line management
– General event help as needed

• Tuesday, October 10 – 9:15am – 5:00pm
• Tuesday, Oct 10th – 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Wednesday, Oct 11th – 9:30am-6:00pm
• Tuesday, November 7th – 10:30am – 8:00pm
• Wednesday, November 8th – 10:30am – 5:00pm
• Thursday, November 9th – 10:30am – 2:30pm

Job 2

Women’s Expo Event

Brand ambassadors will engage with guests entering the event space, assist with photo booth and distribute free items.

• Saturday, October 14th – 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Sunday, October 15th – 10:30am – 5:00pm

Job 3

Comedy and Concert Events: Energetic event staff members needed to assist with guest cell phone check in/out at exclusive shows. As part of our team you will be representing a unique brand that creates phone-free experiences at live comedy and concert events for top artists.

• Dave Chappelle: October 4th, 6th and 7th – 4:00pm – 11:30pm
• Bob Dylan: October 6th – 8th – 5:00pm -11:00pm
• Morley: October 3rd – 9:00am – 4:30pm
• Tony!Toni!Tone!: October 12th – 5:30pm -11:00pm
  • Duties: Greet guests at the entryway of the venue, collect each guest cell phone and lock in a specialty pouch-guests will take the pouch with them for the show, at the end of the show unlock and collect pouches upon guest exit

Job 4
Chicago Marathon Events – Brand Ambassadors needed for multiple promotional events taking place at the marathon. Join our team for the excitement of race weekend!

• Race Day Cheer Squad: October 8th – 7:00am – 3:00pm – hype and cheer on runners while wearing branded t shirts promoting a top beverage brand. MUST BE VOCAL AND ENERGETIC!
• Sports Drink Sampling: October 5th: 10:30am – 6:30pm, October 6th and 7th: 8:30am – 6:30pm – Work as part of a team to prep and distribute cups of a top sports drink brand.
• Nutritional Supplement Sampling: October 5th – 7th – 9:00am to 6:00pm – Work as part of a team to prep and distribute samples of a top nutritional supplement brand.

Qualifications:

• 18+ years old
• Personable and outgoing personality
• Highly professional and a great, upbeat attitude
