Event: Software Business Conference Event

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic event support staff for a large annual software leaders business conference event. This event will have over 300 sessions presented by top software industry leaders.

We offer a flexible schedule and accept entry-level candidates.

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• San Mateo, CA
  • Monday, September 9th through Thursday, September 12th  **You are not required to work all days**
    • Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs. Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift and you aren’t required to work all dates to be considered.

Job Duties: A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed.

• Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
• Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes
• Gift bag assembly and distribution
• Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
• Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
• Provide general event assistance as assigned

Qualifications:

• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Previous experience in hospitality, brand ambassadorship, customer service, or guest services is a plus but not required
