Hours: Following initial training, 5 days per week beginning September 3, 2024, no more than 8 hours per day
SUMMARY
As a Tour Manager, you will be employed by client for the sampling program, which is managed by client. You will drive a branded vehicle across multiple states to 14 designated football event locations to promote certain products. This includes becoming knowledgeable of the products for which you are providing sampling activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include the following:
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the face of the brand
Drive branded vehicle (the “Vehicle”) to predetermined locations to promote certain products
Remain accountable for the Vehicle to maintain condition, cleanliness, and adequate fuel levels and prevent damage
Engage with consumers (primarily football/SEC enthusiasts) at designated locations, including:
Distributing products and premiums (such as branded gear)
Using dedicated talking points while engaging with customers on-site
Taking photos of customers with the Vehicle and activation
Timely complete advance work, set up, and tear down of product display and clean up at each designated site
Capture and create content to be used on various social media outlets, interacting with fans and properties digitally
Manage travel schedule between Tuesdays-Thursdays to timely arrive at events as scheduled on Fridays-Sundays
Comply with all client policies, including those pertaining to vehicle use
Troubleshoot and provide to Clients ongoing feedback and evaluation of activities
Return Vehicle to predetermined location following tour
Perform other duties as assigned by Client
WORK SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Possesses a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to client
Able to safely drive a vehicle
Able to travel independently
Refrains from use of alcohol or drugs (including prescription and non-prescription drugs) that impair ability to safely operate motor vehicle
Refrains from engaging in any activity that distracts from driving or takes eyes or attention off the road
Self-motivated and capable of working independently outside of an office environment
Possesses strong public speaking skills, sound organizational skills, and computer literacy
Demonstrate strong people skills
Exhibit a professional demeanor and compelling customer service attitude
Self-directed, tactful, diplomatic, and able to deal with the public in a clear, courteous, and professional manner
Display a high level of energy and a dependable, strong work ethic
Adept at responding to new opportunities and adapting quickly to shifting conditions
Able to follow directions
EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 25 years of age and have at least six years of licensed driving experience
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS, PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Extensive interstate travel, including nights and weekends, using a client-owned or leased vehicle
Standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time; occasional lifting of moderate to heavy weight objects; safely driving vehicle
Work may be performed in outside weather conditions, which may include rain, humid conditions, extreme heat, altitude, and cold
