Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant for an exciting mobile museum tour stop.

About the Program: Step into history with this unique museum on wheels, showcasing a leading freight company’s century-long journey. Featuring interactive trucking artifacts and a truck driver simulator, this free event offers visitors an immersive experience into a classic American success story.

Your application is considered for your most local event. Some additional regional tour stops will be available. Outstanding performers may be invited to participate in other events.

Location/Date/Hours:

• 5 hour shift in the morning (around 6:00am to 12:00pm but will vary based on location) Exact times TBD and will be released for applicant review prior to booking.
  • Wausau, WI: Wednesday, September 4th
  • Riverside, OH: Thursday, September 5th
  • Hudson, WI: Thursday, September 5th
  • Mounds View, MN: Wednesday, September 11th
  • Owatonna, MN: Thursday, September 12th
  • Sioux Falls, SD: Friday, September 13th
  • West Chester, OH: Sunday, September 15th
  • Toledo, OH: Friday, September 20th
  • Bakersfield, CA: Tuesday, September 24th
  • Santa Maria CA: Wednesday, September 25th
  • Jackson, MI: Thursday, September 26th
  • Dearborn, MI: Friday, September 27th

Job Duties:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of the museum trailer and event components (must be comfortable supporting a 40lbs TV frame)
• Greet and engage with guests as they enter the event space
• Distribute branded giveaway items
• Assist guests with simulator activity
• Perform general event tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Outgoing and friendly demeanor while maintaining a professional image.
• Ability to lift and support up to 40lbs
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, brand ambassadorship, and/or customer service is a plus, but not required
