Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic and dependable Event Brand Ambassadors for a large scale tech conference sponsored by a leading technology software brand. As part of our team you will be providing general event support. We offer a flexible schedule allowing you to select your preferred dates/shifts.

About: This annual event presents the opportunity for industry professionals to connect and experience the latest innovations for AI transformation. Attendees will discover solutions that help modernize and manage intelligent apps, safeguard data, accelerate productivity, and expand business services.

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• Chicago, IL
  • Saturday, November 16th – Friday, November 22nd **You are not required to work all days**
    • Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs. Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift and you aren’t required to work all dates to be considered.

Job Duties: A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed.

• Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
• Assist with a seamless check-in processes and distribute credentials
• Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
• Scan guest credentials
• Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
• Provide general event assistance as assigned

Qualifications:

• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Previous experience in hospitality, event support, brand ambassadorship, customer service, or guest services is a plus
