Event: Education Professionals Conference Event

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic Event Brand Ambassadors to support an upcoming conference event.
About: This event is the largest national education conference of educators, advocates, and leaders in the charter community. It is where attendees connect with people, resources, and expertise that empowers and inspires their work.

Location/Date/Hours :

• Boston MA
  • Saturday, June 29th through Wednesday, July 3rd
  • Exact shift options will be released for your review prior to booking commitment. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift and you aren’t required to work all dates to be considered.
    • Shifts average 7-12 hours long and fall between the hours of 6:30am to 9:30pm

Job Duties – A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed:

• Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
• Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes
• Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
• Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
• Provide general event assistance as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be well-spoken, friendly and possess exceptional customer service skills
