Event: Business Conference Events

Overview: ATN is seeking energetic event support staff for an upcoming business conference. As part of our team you will be providing general support at the event. We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to select dates/shifts that align with your availability and schedule.

About the event:  Hosted by a leading software brand the meeting focuses on brand alumni. Attendees will be given the opportunity to network, share insights and receive education on the latest company developments. The conference will feature presentations from current executives and industry leaders.

Location/Date/Hours:

  • Location: Seattle, WA
    • Monday, February 10th: 1:00pm – 7:30pm
    • Tuesday, February 11th: 5:30am – 1:00pm

Job Duties: A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed.

  • Greet and check-in attendees
  •  Provide directional guidance
  • Operate badge scanners to verify credentials
  • Manage and organize lines to ensure efficient crowd flow
  • Serve as stage ushers to help attendees find their seats

Qualifications:

  • Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
  • Previous experience in hospitality, brand ambassadorship, customer service, or guest services is a plus
