Event: Trades Conference Event

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic Event Staff for an upcoming trades conference event. We offer a flexible schedule with multiple dates and shift available. As part of our team you will be providing general support for this exciting event.

About: This premier annual trade conference brings together thousands of home and commercial services professionals for hands-on training, tech demos, networking, and learning. Hosted in a trade show format, it’s a key event for discovering tools, sharing best practices, and driving growth in the industry.

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• Anaheim, CA
  • Tuesday, September 16th – Friday, September 19th (you aren’t required to work all dates to be considered)
    • Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs. Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift and you aren’t required to work all dates to be considered.

Job Duties: A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed.

• Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
• Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes
• Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
• Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
• Provide general event assistance as assigned

Qualifications:

• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Previous experience in hospitality, brand ambassadorship, customer service, guest services or in any other customer facing role
