Event: Hybrid Conference Event – Automotive Brand

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking Event Hosts/Hostesses all across the country to oversee a one-day hybrid conference event on Wednesday, March 24th. Our auto-manufacturer client will broadcast their annual conference virtually to their dealerships across the U.S. (324 locations) for a handful of in-person attendees at each dealership. We are looking for (1) standout person to serve as the Event Host/Hostess at each dealership.

*Strict COVID safety procedures and guidelines will be followed – additional details and training will be provided to ensure staff and attendee safety*

Date/Hours:

• Wednesday, March 24th – Shift by time zone:
  • Eastern: 12:30pm – 6:30pm
  • Central: 11:30am -5:30pm
  • Mountain: 10:30am – 4:30pm
  • Pacific: 9:30am – 3:30pm

Job Duties:

• The Host/Hostess will be responsible for greeting and engaging with in person attendees
• Light setup/breakdown (signage, food, swag bags, etc.)
• Keep conference room and tables clean and tidy
• Providing support where needed

Qualifications:

• Engaging and personable
• Excels at providing top-notch customer service
• Detailed oriented, professional, and proactive
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
