Brand/Event: National Restaurant Chain – Team Member Appreciation Event

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking enthusiastic, personable, and professional Brand Ambassadors to support an exciting employee appreciation event for one of the nation’s most recognized quick-service restaurant brands.

This exclusive conference celebrates restaurant team members and leaders through interactive experiences, team-building activities, community service, professional development, and engaging entertainment. As a member of the event team, you’ll help create a welcoming and organized experience while supporting attendees throughout the program.

Location/Date/Hours:

• Nashville, TN
  • Saturday, July 25: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday, July 26: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Duties

Staff will be assigned to various event support roles and should be flexible to assist where needed throughout the program.

Responsibilities may include:

• Welcome and assist attendees throughout the event
• Check in guests using a smartphone-based registration system
• Provide directional assistance and help guests navigate the venue
• Capture attendee photos at designated photo opportunities
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and general event logistics
• Help maintain organized, clean, and guest-ready event spaces
• Support event staff with hands-on tasks as needed to ensure a successful event
• Represent ATN with professionalism, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with the public
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Customer service, promotional marketing, hospitality, or event experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
