Event: High Profile Conference Event

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic staff to support and assist an exclusive community conference event hosted by a leading nutritional supplement brand. This inspirational event will feature presentations by renowned athletes, best-selling authors, industry leaders and so much more.

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• Louisville, KY
  • August 17th – 23rd^: There are several shifts available between 4 and 12 hours in length

**Strict COVID safety guidelines will be followed**

Job Duties:

• Registration Desk: Check-in guests, distribute ID badges and conference bags
• Directional/Wayfinding: Provide directions to appropriate locations
• Room Monitor: Prep conference rooms and usher guests to available seating
• Badge Scanner: Check and scan guest credentials

Qualifications:

• Highly professional, well-spoken and friendly
• No experience necessary, but customer-facing experience/skills are preferred
