Role:  Event Brand Ambassador

Event: Web Services Conference Event

Overview: ATN is seeking energetic event brand ambassadors for an upcoming conference. This is a unique opportunity and a strong gig to add to your resume. We offer a flexible schedule and accept entry-level candidates.

About: This conference is hosted by the top web services company for the global cloud computing community. The event will feature keynote announcements, training and certification opportunities, technical sessions, a partner expo, after-hours events, and so much more.

Location/Date/Hours :

• Philadelphia, PA
  • Friday, June 7th through Thursday, June 13th (staff not required to work all dates)
  • Exact shift options will be released for your review prior to booking commitment. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift and you aren’t required to work all dates to be considered.
    • Shifts average 7-12 hours long and fall between the hours of 6:30am to 9:30pm

Job Duties – A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed:

• Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
• Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes
• Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
• Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
• Provide general event assistance as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be well-spoken, friendly and possess exceptional customer service skills
