Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant for an exciting mobile museum tour stop.
About the Program: Step into history with this unique museum on wheels, showcasing a leading freight company’s century-long journey. Featuring interactive trucking artifacts and a truck driver simulator, this free event offers visitors an immersive experience into a classic American success story.

5 hour shift in the morning (shifts vary: 6:00am to 12:00pm, 9:00am – 1:30pm, 10:00am – 3:00pm but will vary based on location) Exact times TBD and will be released for applicant review prior to booking.

Job Duties:
Assist with the setup and breakdown of the museum trailer and event components (must be comfortable supporting a 40lbs TV frame)
Greet and engage with guests as they enter the event space
Distribute branded giveaway items
Assist guests with simulator activity
Perform general event tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Outgoing and friendly demeanor while maintaining a professional image.
Ability to lift and support up to 40lbs
Previous experience in events, hospitality, brand ambassadorship, and/or customer service is a plus, but not required
