Role:  Brand Ambassador

Event: Immersive Fan Experience Event

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is thrilled to be part of this epic event and is seeking energetic, reliable, and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to create the magic. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll help to bring the experience to life for thousands of fans.

About: Get ready to step inside an unforgettable fan experience! This one-of-a-kind celebration will transform a stretch of Melrose Avenue into a throwback 1980s town filled with adventure, mystery, and nostalgia. Fans will bike, skate, and stroll through an immersive world inspired by the hit sci-fi series as they relive their favorite moments and celebrate its monumental final season.

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• Los Angeles, CA
  • Saturday, November 22nd:  2:30pm – 6:30pm (training and fittings, 4hr minimum paid even if done sooner)
  • Sunday, November 23rd: 7:00am – 2:00pm+ (Event Day!)
  • Note: Attendance at both the training and event day is required. Shift times may vary slightly by role.

Job Duties: Brand Ambassadors will be assigned and trained for one of the following roles:

• Guest Experience Ambassadors: Assist participants on their “quest,” guide them through event activities, distribute prizes, and keep the excitement flowing.
• Themed Character Staff: Bring the world of the show to life as background characters from the 1980s town. (No acting or speaking required, just great energy and presence!)

Qualifications:

• Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
• Previous experience in performing, brand ambassadorship, promo modeling, hospitality, event support, customer service, or guest services is a plus
