Role:  Brand Ambassador

Event: Protein Drink Product Sampling – Endurance Race Event

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic, dependable Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading sports nutrition and protein beverage brand at an exciting outdoor endurance race.

As part of the event team, you’ll help fuel participants by distributing complimentary product samples while engaging with racers and spectators throughout the event. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy active, high-energy environments and interacting with fitness-minded consumers.

Location/Date/Hours:

• Dayton, MN
  • Saturday, August 15: 6:45 AM – 6:00 PM (Setup Day)
  • Sunday, August 16: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Duties:

• Assist with setup of the event activation, including tents, tables, coolers, signage, and sampling supplies
• Distribute complimentary protein beverages to race participants and attendees
• Engage consumers and share approved product information and key talking points
• Monitor and restock sampling inventory throughout the event
• Assist with activation teardown and event cleanup
• Help wrap pallets and distribute remaining product as directed
• Work collaboratively with the onsite event team to ensure a successful activation

Qualifications:

• Previous Brand Ambassador, event, promotional, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations with attendees
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to lift and move event materials with assistance
• Comfortable standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
• Interest in sports, fitness, health, or nutrition is a plus
