As a leading event staffing agency, we pride ourselves on being a stepping stone for our brand ambassadors as they navigate towards their professional dreams – whether that’s becoming a career brand ambassador, tour manager, event producer, or the CEO of an XM agency. We aim to support, educate, give experience, and foster growth incredible team members.

Although we lean into positivity and celebrate the diversity of our team, we understand we aren’t insulated from systemic racism. We recognize that we are not only a part of the larger system of institutionalized racism but also see systemic racism is reflected within the microcosm of the experiential marketing industry.

Although we don’t have all the answers, it is our responsibility to use our position as a leader in the industry to work towards being a thoughtful and effective ally for our Black brand ambassadors and colleagues, and in our communities.   We’ve opened the door for conversations and we’re listening, we want to pave the path for the greater good and support our Black brothers and sisters.  With that said, we are committed to doing better by:

• Committing to 24 months of donations to Black Lives Matter
• Improving our staffing systems, we will continue to help facilitate the advancement of Black team members into higher-level roles for external event positions as well as on our internal staff team
• Continuing  to critically review client requests to ensure fair employment practices are being upheld
• Using our social media and website platforms to promote, engage with and share information that is specifically inclusive of our Black community
• Inviting our Black colleagues and team members to share their experiences within the event marketing industry so we can work together to be a better ally
• Amplifying more Black voices in our partnerships, posts, and content
• Continuing to educate ourselves on systemic racism and take further steps to listen, learn, engage in dialogue and research ways to be a part of the solution
