The Ask

To provide a mobile tour manager, tour staff, and local brand ambassadors to assist with the Strider Cup National Race Series in cities across the U.S.  The Strider Cup caters to children ages 2 – 5 and allows them to show off their skills on Strider balance bikes.  Staff must be extremely comfortable working with young children in a high-energy environment.

Staffing Overview

ATN provided a mobile tour team consisting of one tour manager and five tour staff to oversee, execute, and manage each event on the Strider Cup tour.  The staff traveled to each event and were responsible for:

  • Event logistics
  • Managing local brand ambassadors
  • Coordinating and managing races and participants
  • Emceeing the starting gate
  • Providing participants, parents, and attendees with a fun and memorable event experience
  • Reporting, data input, and client recaps
  • Setup and breakdown of all event elements

ATN also provided 25 local brand ambassadors for each event to assist with:

  • Participant registration and check-in
  • Crowd management
  • Course setup
  • Race management
  • Participant and attendee engagement
  • General event support

 

Results

  • A memorable and exciting brand experience for both participants and parents.
  • As a result of a highly successful event series in both 2017 and 2018, the client has partnered with ATN to staff additional events including Strider Adventure Zones and the 2019 Strider Cup series.
