The Ask

To provide 100 fitness-oriented brand ambassadors and on-site agency management for the U.S. Army All American Bowl, a high school football event featuring the nation’s top players, and the Go Army Experience, an experiential event that showcases the U.S. Army’s assets and opportunities to the public through interactive and engaging experiences.

Staffing Overview

ATN was tasked with sourcing and hiring brand ambassadors who reflect the U.S. Army’s high standards and brand values.  The staff assisted with all elements of the event and the Go Army Experience including:

  • General event support
  • Attendee engagement and registration
  • Interactive activities, simulators, VR experiences, and demonstrations
  • Directional support and wayfinding
  • Setup and teardown

The Challenge

Sourcing and hiring over 100 energetic individuals for a 3-day event who can maintain enthusiasm during 12+ hour shifts in an extremely interactive environment with very little down time.

Results

  • 100% show rate each day with 100% of the original roster (106 staff); no backup staff needed.
  • Staff excelled at creating a positive and memorable attendee experience.
  • Client feedback mentioned that that this was the smoothest running All American Bowl event to date thanks to ATN’s event staff, attention to detail, and on-site staff management.
