Event: Global Business Meeting

Overview: ATN is seeking event staff/admin support for an upcoming 4-day annual business meeting event. The bilingual ambassador will assist with communicating basic information to attendees and guest speakers as needed throughout the day.

About: Annual business meeting for a global, independent association of the world’s leading life insurance and financial services professionals from more than 500 companies in 70 nations and territories. This event offers engaging and inspirational content from featured member speakers and industry leaders from across the world!

Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):

• Nashville, TN
  • Dates: June 24-27

The primary tasks of this role are to provide support with communication in the following areas:

• Attendee check-in area: assist with directions, distribute information and answer attendee questions in their language
• Guest speaker rooms: Communicate with guest presenters to help get them set-up in their assigned area
• All other areas: Attendee and staff communication as needed

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and one of the following languages: Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai or Spanish
• Highly personable and professional
