Overview: ATN Event Staffing is hiring friendly and reliable Brand Ambassadors to support a unique, family-friendly evening festival that celebrates connection, hope, and reflection. Guests will enjoy a serene, ambient experience designed to inspire community and shared memories.

Location/Date/Hours:

• Columbus, OH
  • Saturday, September 6th: 3:30pm – 9:00pm OR 3:30pm – 10:00pm
• Cincinnati, OH
  • Saturday, September 13th: 3:30pm – 9:00pm OR 3:30pm – 10:00pm
• Toronto, ON
  • Friday, September 19th – Saturday, September 20th:  3:00pm – 8:30pm OR 3:00pm – 9:00pm
• Buffalo, NY
  • Sunday, September 21st: 2:30pm – 8:00pm OR 2:30pm – 9:00pm

Job duties will be one or more of the following:

• Event Setup: Assist with tents, tables, and creation stations (light lifting under 40 lbs.)
• Check-In: Greet guests, scan tickets, provide information and directional guidance
• Merchandise: Stock and organize tables, assist guests with purchases
• Creation Station: Guide guests in personalizing their luminaries and offer friendly support
• VIP Area: Welcome VIPs, check tickets, and ensure a smooth, elevated experience

Qualifications:

• Previous Brand Ambassador, promo model, hospitality or other customer facing experience
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and interact for extended periods
